TeamViewer is a desktop application that we use here at CreateMe to remotely take control of an active server on site to perform maintenance, updates and troubleshoot issues and errors etc.

In order for the Support Team to be able to remote in, we may ask you for the machines ID and Password. If you do not know this information, you can find it out by following the steps below.

Press the windows key or click on the start menu and type in "Teamviewer". The application should appear in the search results; click on it.

 Two different windows may open at this stage;

1. If the below window opens, click on the left button: "Show running TeamViewer". If you do this the window in number 2 will open.

2. This window should pop up. The details to note here are "YOUR ID" and the number next to "PASSWORD".

Once TeamViewer is running, YR Live can remote into your machine.

At the bottom right of the Task bar, you should see the TeamViewer icon:

This indicates that TeamViewer is running.
