If there are any issues with the printers such as refusal to print at all or poor quality prints, please follow the below steps in the first instance:


  • Check for paper Jams
  • Check Ink Levels (only one ink cartridge in LX500)
  • Wipe Print Head Nozzle 
  • Restart the printer
